Who are we?

TECHNOSTAR was founded in 1995 with a passion for pursuing excellence in food and packaging technologies. Today, the company manufactures food production lines and packaging machines in a 6,000 m² enclosed facility located within a 12,000 m² complex at the Kırşehir Organized Industrial Zone in Turkey. With over 30 years of experience , we continue to pursue this passion by blending our expertise with production. For us, every project is not merely about machine manufacturing; it is a journey toward solutions that blend design with art and technology with creativity.

As Technostar, with a success story that spans from Turkey to the world, we manufacture wafer production facilities, bar production facilities (such as grain, energy, protein, and muesli bars), horizontal flow-pack machines, over-wrapping (X-fold) machines, vertical packaging machines, and the feeding automation systems for these machines.

Technostar products are manufactured in accordance with international production standards. Our company, which adheres to high standards in quality management systems, has demonstrated its reliability through CE, GMP certifications, TÜV CERT DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification, and an International Conformity Certificate.

At the core of our production capacity lies a high standard of precision that minimizes error margins. In our factory, we manufacture all components under one roof using CNC machines, precision grinding units, and laser cutting and bending systems. By working with the highest level of discipline at every stage, from planning to shipping, we digitally manage the entire process through a modern ERP system . Thanks to this structure, which minimizes our reliance on external suppliers, we deliver precision and long-lasting performance in our machines.

Our goal of producing to world-class standards has taken us beyond borders. We are proud to have delivered TECHNOSTAR quality to 60 different countries to date, with 80% of our production exported. Together with our R&D team, we focus on developing user-friendly solutions that simplify the operator’s work and add value to your production line.
