Anqing City Shuanglong Paper Co., Ltd. is located in the Economic Development Zone of Huaining County, Anqing City, Anhui Province. It was established in 2007 and obtained the right to self-operate exports in 2014, founding an export trading company. In 2019, it expanded its new factory area with a total investment of 67 million yuan, covering 20 mu and a total construction area of 23,000 square meters. The main facilities include standardized workshops, warehouses, supporting buildings, equipment purchase and installation, and other ancillary facilities. After completion, it will have an annual production capacity of 1 billion PLA biodegradable disposable paper cups. Once the project reaches full production capacity, it can achieve an annual output value of 100 million yuan, including 9 million US dollars in export earnings and an annual profit and tax of over 31 million yuan, creating 90 new jobs. The completion of the project will effectively enhance the production level of the green paper and plastic characteristic industrial cluster (base) in Huaining County and increase the level of export earnings.
